Come out and join the fun  for the annual Jeep Beach 5K & Fun Run!   Show your support for the event and get in some miles while you enjoy the beautiful Riverfront Esplanade in Daytona Beach.  Spanning a mile of Intracoastal waterway, the Riverfront Esplanade is a premier gathering space and botanical garden in the heart of Daytona Beach, Florida. Composed of more than a mile of waterfront running trail with comfortable benches and swings overlooking the Halifax River. Participants will Run/Walk on the path along the waterway.   A portion of the race proceeds benefit  Jeep Beach Week. Halifax Repertory Theatre Presents:

"Harmony for the Holidays: A Festive Piano Extravaganza of Christmas Classics and Pop Delights"

Music for the event will be provided by local pianist and keyboardist Jay Regan. Jay began playing at age 10 and is self-taught. Born in Boston and spending his college days and professional career in the Northeast, he became more dedicated to music when he moved to Florida in 2005. From 2006 through 2014 Jay was the keyboardist for two prominent Orlando-based rock bands - Back from the Ashes and All the Above.

In 2014 he began his solo instrumental journey and now regularly performs at corporate functions and private clubs as well as restaurants and bars. Some of his more prominent corporate local clientele include Daytona Beverages, Daytona Dodge, Daytona Maserati, and S.R. Perrott. Jay also appears every Sunday at brunch from 10 AM to 1:30 PM at Vine Bistro in Ormond Beach. He focuses on renditions and improvisations of pop music classics.

Free Community Movie on the North Lawn during A December to Remember at the Riverfront Esplanade! Friday, December 22nd movie will be The Polar Express presented by JEEP BEACH!!! Movie begins at 6pm.

Guests can bring their blankets and lawn chairs to watch the movie. Popcorn, sodas and juices available for donation.

Enjoy a Sunset Zumba Party in the Rose Garden (255 S. Beach St.) on Thursday, November 16th, 30th and December 7th at 5:30pm! ($10 fee - payment due at time of event - cash or card accepted)

Zumba is a safe, fun, and effective workout incorporating music from around the world! The class is an exercise in disguise as you follow your instructor's basic choreography through each song. Don't worry if you are not a great dancer, you don't need dance skills in order to succeed in the class. Just the ability to come and have fun. The classes are geared to all ages over the age of 16 and all mobility ranges as the moves can easily be adjusted to meet your individual fitness needs. Come prepared to laugh, sweat, and have fun as we make the fat cry!

Tiffany Joubert has been a certified Zumba instructor for 12 years teaching Zumba Basic class as well as specializing in aqua Zumba, Zumba kids, and Zumba toning. Tiffany and her husband own and operate Hold My Hand Dance Management where they specialize in teaching social Latin, Ballroom, and a South African Partner Dance called Sokkie. This past year the company was voted the top 5% of wedding choreographers across America according to The Knot.com. Tiffany is excited to be bringing you a weekly Zumba class and helping you meet all your fitness goals! When she is not dancing, she can be found reading a Stephen King book, cuddling with her dog Simba, or traveling with her husband Johan.
