Vendor Payment Instructions

If you have been approved for your requested market dates by Riverfront Esplanade staff, please select your preferred payment option below and include any add-ons on the following screen. Do not submit payment until staff confirmation—any payment made before market date approval will be automatically refunded. Once your payment is complete, your booth space is reserved. Two days prior to the market, you will receive an email with your booth number, setup details, and parking instructions.

Cancellation & Credit Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must notify us at least 7 days in advance to be considered for moving your reservation to a future market. Requests made with less than 7 days’ notice are not eligible for credit. Please note: refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Riverfront Esplanade staff. Reservations cannot be skipped, transferred, or rescheduled outside of the policy above.

Weather Policy & Vendor Fee Credit: 

If the market is cancelled before opening due to inclement weather, vendors will receive a full credit of their vendor fee. If the market closes after opening but before two hours have passed due to weather, vendors will receive a half credit of their fee. Vendors must contact staff to reschedule a new market using their credit.
